Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy outlines our standard shipping options and procedures.

Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines can vary depending on the shipping method, your location within the world, and other factors. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be impacted by events outside of our control.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at support@wildsmithworkshops with your order number and any information that might help us process your return. We will provide you with a returns authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for any item(s) that are faulty or were not as described. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 14 days, as required by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
International Shipments
For international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes. We recommend checking with your local authorities for information on import regulations and costs prior to placing your order.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order at any time prior to shipment without penalty. Once your order has been processed and shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or the shipment is lost in transit, please contact support at support@wildsmithworkshops.com as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
In the event that a shipment is undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you. If the package is ultimately returned to us, we may charge a fee to reship the order or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as a damaged or missing item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the problem and ensure you are fully satisfied.
