Returns and Refund Policy

Return Period
You may return or exchange any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. This return period is in compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligible Returns
The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

- Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described
- Items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Consumable products (e.g. beauty, health supplements)

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@wildsmithworkshops.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. If the item was damaged or there was an error, please provide picture proof to support your claim.
4. Our team will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item was damaged, or there was an error, you will not be charged return shipping fees.

For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) in the condition they were sent, we will examine and initiate the refund within 3 business days, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that credit/debit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Customer Responsibilities
To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as delivered
Returned in the original packaging, including any accessories or manuals
Returned within the 14-day return period

Failure to meet these requirements may result in a partial refund or the item being returned to you.

Wildsmith Workshop reserves the right to update this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of changes through our website and email communications if this change impacts you..
