Yes, tracking is available for most shipping options. If your order is trackable, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when it ships.

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Our art prints range from 15x15cm up to A1 poster size.

Yes, all of our prints are designed to fit in standard frames.

We use museum grade Canson archival paper for our prints at 310 gsm. Our cards are printed on heavy duty cardstock.

Both are FSC Certified

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. The return is at the buyers cost unless the item is damaged.

If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at support@wildsmithworkshops.com as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes! Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
